Launching September 2025, our 8-episode first season of BE THE BLOOM brings together care providers across fields who are engaging in best practices in supporting survivors of sexual violence. This season we speak to folks such as:

Sonja Castaneda Cudny about the Reproductive Advanced Directive she has developed with colleagues through USC. We also speak with Selena Shelley, the Executive Director of When Survivors Give Birth and Dr. Daniel Singley, founder of The Center for Men’s Excellence in San Diego about the intersections of Fatherhood and Survivorship.

Imagine walking into pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting feeling unprepared for the ways in which your history of sexual violence may show up in how you relate to the world around you and to yourself. Thought Partnership practice uses a range of approaches to help survivors think through the specific needs of survivors to increase the sense of confidence, power, and mental wellness during these transitional moments.
